   State scholarship: State scholarships will be both merit and are needs-based. Merit scholarships will recognize high school academic achievements and standardized test scores, while needs-based scholarships examine finance and individual ability to pay for college.There are so many procedures for this. You have  to  complete so many formalities but good thing about this is sureness of getting scholarship. For this you have to fill your application on your state website. 


 Here I will introduce you about some scholarships you should consider it .


1. Merit-cum-means scholarship:
  The objective of the Scheme is to provide financial assistance to the poor and meritorious students belonging to minority communities to enable them to pursue professional and technical courses.The annual income of the beneficiary parent or guardian of beneficiary should not exceed Rs.2.50 lakh from all sources. 2. Samsung scholarship :
   If you are a navodaya student and you are graduating from IITs or NITs then it is a good opportunity for you. If you will be selected then you will get 2 lakhs per annum.To know more about click here.

3. L'Oréal For Young Women in Science Scholarship 2018
  It is for girls candidate.They will provide you 2.5 lakh one year if you scored more than 85 percents in 12 standard.To know more click here.

4. JM Sethia Merit Scholarship Scheme 2018:
       JM Sethia Merit Scholarship Scheme 2018 invites applications from students enrolled in class 9 to 12, graduation or post graduation courses. The scholarship is applicable only for students pursuing full-time courses only. To know more click here.

5. Shubh Aarambh Scholarship 2018:
        The scholarship is being offered by the Mondelez International in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation to the students belonging to the four locations, i.e., Baddi, Malanpur, Induri, and Pollachi as these are the operational areas for Mondelez International. 6. North South Foundation Scholarship:
    North South South Foundation (NSF) Scholarship 2018-19 invites applications from class 12 passed students entering into engineering, medicine or 3-year polytechnic (diploma in engineering). 7. Swami Dayanand Scholarship:

8. Dhirubhai Ambani Scholarship:
      Dhirubhai Ambani Scholarship Programme 2018 invites applications from class 12 passed students who are in the merit list of their state or CBSE board examination and are willing to pursue a graduate degree in streams like engineering, medical, science, law, pharmacy business management and other social sciences. 9. Dr. Reddy's Foundation Sashakt Scholarship: 
       Dr. Reddy's Foundation Sashakt Scholarship 2018 invites applications from class 12th passed girl students. The objective of the scholarship is to encourage young and talented girls to pursue science studies and address the attrition of girl students in science during the transition from school to college.To know more click here.

10. UGAM - Legrand Scholarship Program
      UGAM - Legrand Scholarship Program 2018-19 invites applications from young women who have completed class 10 and class 12 with a minimum of 75% marks. This scholarship is granted to help girls to cover 60% of their college tuition fee or INR 60,000 per annum whichever is less to study B.Tech, B.E and B.Arch at a recognized college or university in India.
