          Hello guys, Can you answer a simple question? What is Navodaya Vidyalaya?

         Most of  you people will answer It is a residential school run by MHRD Govt. of India for well being of the children from lower economic levels of the society. But according to my discretion it is not just only a school but it is a family “NAVODAYA FAMILY”. It is hope not only for a kid but also for his family.This is a place where a juvenile go for learn  and after seven years  adult come back to serve country. There child can not get only education but also become bold , self-dependent, disciplined, adaptable, multitalented person. Here a student can not only read books but also dance, play, drama, learn drawing, learn leadership, management skills, kindness, manner, unity, become generous and also participate in co curricular activities. It gives you long life memories and life long friends. because being familiar with other people at  early state of life is very rare for one. Once you be a friend with someone, it’s not for those 7 years, it is for lifetime.

The things which make Navodaya Vidayalaya different from other schools

• Navodaya Vidyalaya are mainly introduced for poor population of India who cannot afford the high fee of convent schools by India’s first prime minister “Pandit Jawarlal Nehru”.
• Navodaya Vidyalaya is in every district of India except Tamilnadu.
• Navodaya Vidyalaya have an entrance exam in class 5^th ,8^th to get admission in 6^th and 9^th class respectively and they will select students for 11^th class on the basis of 10^th result.
• Best 80 students get chance to enroll themselves in Navodaya every year and most of the students are facing their 1^st competitive IQ exam of life.
• You won’t get local school teachers there, but you get highly qualified teachers from different regions of the country.
• Navodaya is giving you all 24 hours x 7 years of it. You live there all the way long, so your teachers are with you, within same campus.
• In the cost of one Navodaya School, around 100–120 normal school can be open.

•        Three language system : You will be learning one more Indian regional language here, other than Hindi & English. And on the basis of your interest you will get a chance (9th class) to go that place of country for study. That we called is migration.
•          Sports : You’re here 24x7 in the school premises. One can easily nurture his/her dreams of sports accordingly to the interests. Many of the students has played School Games Federation of India level.
•          Science Exhibition : Annual Science Congress is organized annually in collaboration with research institute at regional level.
